A healthy and tasty choice of instant Rasam powder with goodness of Horse gram and lentils rich in Protein, fiber, Iron and Calcium.  

Ingredients:  Horse gram, Bengal gram, Toor dal, Urad dal, Coriander, Cumin, Pepper, Chilli, Fenugreek, tamarind and turmeric.   

How to make: Add 2 spoons of rasam powder to 200ml of water, add salt to taste and cook for 7-10 minutes.  Give mustard and ghee seasoning. Serve with hot rice.
